Yes, for businesses that fit within the Core plan. Hosting, support, updates and every user are included in that figure. If your needs genuinely go beyond the core platform, we'll say so upfront and quote the Custom tier honestly, not add it as a surprise later.

Per-seat pricing punishes growth, the more your business succeeds, the more your software bill climbs. We'd rather price around the business than the headcount, so adding a busy season's worth of subcontractors doesn't cost you anything extra.

Most businesses fit within the Core platform once it's configured around their job types. Custom is for genuinely deeper needs, multiple system integrations, or bespoke features well beyond what the core covers. We'll tell you honestly which one fits after a proper conversation, not push you toward the more expensive option.

No tie-in contract. You can export your data and leave. We'd rather earn the ongoing relationship by being useful than by making it hard to go.
